Processing through our bespoke system will give you guaranteed access into China and in doing so add significant material value. The primary process complete with polishing drum is designed to produce 15-20 tonnes per hour of high quality, polished Zorba on one single line in one single pass. The polishing drum itself is a continuous process. 

 

Nova Recycling Solutions would recommend that the primary system includes at  least the following items.

• Feed hopper with 15m3 capacity complete with vibratory feeder, VFD and conveyor.
• Polishing drum manufactured with low alloy wear resistant plate.
• Close coupled sizing trommel.
• Flip flow screen to separate the minus 5mm from the 0-28mm fraction.
• HF-ECS for the 5-28mm fraction.
• Standard ECS for the 28-70mm fraction.
• Picking conveyor for Quality Control of the 28-70mm fraction.
• Picking conveyor for Quality Control of the plus 70mm fraction.
• Environmental dust control system inclusive of baghouse filter.
• Control panel complete with touchscreen.
• Hot air dryer 280,000btu’s x 90Kw.
• Shipping and installation of the complete system including all mechanical, electrical and system commissioning.
